Returns & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

  • Personalized or custom items are non-refundable, except in cases of defects or errors on our part.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at returns@essencedereves.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.

  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired product.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
